The apartment of about 60 sqm distributed on 2 floors is located in a barn overlooking the meadows just 5 min walking distance from Göta Älv. There is a fully equipped kitchen and it includes sheets and towels. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. In Älvängen center there is everything you can imagine in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop, etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home overlooking Lake Lysevann. Canoeing, have a sauna night and enjoy. A stage of the bohusleden is close by. In Stenungsund, on Tjörn and Orust there are many excursions. For example, you can fish crabs in the sea, go boat to Åstol, visit Göksäter on Orust, hike the bohusleden, etc. Departure cleaning is done by the guest, cleaning checklist and materials are available in the cabin. My place is right on the beach, in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lake and the close to nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

The basement has a guest apartment with private entrance, terrace, modern bathroom, kitchenette, and beautiful lake view from the bed.

On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.
