Comfortably furnished with 1 queen bed, 1 king sleeper sofa, office desk, media center, fridge with ice-water dispenser, stove, curb-less shower, washer and dryer. Large sliding glass doors to a patio and 150' high cedar, madrone trees. Effortless access with no stairs or steps. Warm radiant water heated polished concrete floors, AC and plenty of ventilation.

A charming studio on a 40 acre, forested estate. A 5 minute walk through woodland trails to our pristine, private Puget Sound beach, or drive 2 min to the lighthouse beach at Pt. Robinson Park. This fully furnished, light-filled studio sleeps 2 in a comfy queen bed, has a wood stove (wood provided), a full kitchen, bath with shower, picnic area and propane barbecue. Horses graze outside your window; wildlife abounds. Pets welcome with $45/1 or $60/2 fee. A non-smoking property.
