Tree house - in the heart of nature

In a forest edge on our farm overlooking vast fields, you can enjoy seclusion surrounded by the branches and foliage of the trees. The simple building stands on a plateau 2-3 meters above the ground between tree trunks. The branches of the trees form a roof over the small patio with a simple outdoor kitchen in front of the tent. You are completely off the grid but have access to a refrigerator and electricity at our farm where you can park, or borrow a cooler for food you bring with you. Private toilet with dry toilet and outdoor shower is 100 meters from the property.

Cozy cottage in the countryside near Skara Sommarland

Enjoy the quiet of the countryside in this classic red cottage. The cottage is located on our property where there is another residential house. Here you live perfectly if you want to visit the cranes at Hornborgasjön, historic Varnhem or the thriving Vallebygden. Lilla Lilleskog is also a great place to stay when you want to visit Skara Sommarland 7 km away. Hiking trails and swimming lakes are within easy distance. Kleva Kvarn, in the countryside with breakfast in a nice environment

On the northern slope of Mösseberg is Kleva Kvarn. In a former mill house, with the basin and mill wheel outside, there are 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchenette (not for cooking but there is a microwave and kettle) and a toilet for overnight guests. Higher up on the property is the owner's home and a detached small house with a simple shower and a small sauna. The garden is a lush oasis with streams, crops, a Japanese-inspired part, greenhouses, fruit trees, flower beds and a view of the forest and meadows. A dog lives here.

The modern kitchen and inviting living room are located in the open part of the house with an outstanding ceiling height. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) and a toilet with shower. With a stepladder, you can get up to the cozy sleeping loft, which is equipped with two adjacent 90 cm beds. A warm welcome.

A cozy little newly renovated cottage of about 50m2 with kitchen, bedroom, living room with sofa bed and toilet with shower. The house is located in Eggby, about 10 minutes' drive to Axevalla racecourse, Skara summerland, Varnhem monastery church and Hornborgasjön. Walking distance to swimming and proximity to nature and bike trails. 300 meters to a 24/7 store. There is 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 child's bed. Bring your own hygiene items, sheets and towels. Pets allowed. Smoking inside not allowed.

There are several hiking trails nearby and a golf course just a few minutes away. 10 min to the city, 15 min to Billingen outdoor recreation area, 20 min to Skara summerland.

Tranum's farmhouse

Tranum's farmhouse can be found in Norra Lundby just outside Axvall. Surrounded by fields is the white villa of 170 square meters on three floors and a large garden. Here you get a unique chance to stay in a rural environment a stone's throw from Hornborgasjön in beautiful Valle. There are a number of nice places to visit nearby. Bring your friends or family and stay with us during your stay. We currently offer up to 12 beds, a fully equipped kitchen and many lovely socializing areas.

Lidaberg

Guest room of 35 sqm with integrated kitchen and separate bathroom/toilet. It is surrounded by trees and greenery, with some cottages nearby that are used as vacation homes, as well as permanent residents. There is a sofa, dining area, a single bed, as well as a foldable guest bed. The ceiling height is 215 cm, there are some beams in the ceiling, where the ceiling height is about 183 cm. The guest apartment is on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, there is another Airbnb accommodation.

Just a few steps from the sauna, you can take a refreshing dip in the clear lake and then unwind in the warm jacuzzi. Simsjön is a scenic and peaceful spot, perfect for escaping everyday stress and spending quality time together. You can borrow your own boat to explore the lake and enjoy fishing 🎣🌿

Bjällums Lime Worker's Residence

Peaceful accommodation with panoramic views of Hornborgasjön, just next to the beautiful pilgrim path between Gudhem and Varnhem. Walking distance to the nearest bird tower and Naturum. In the 1920s, homes were built for the workers in Bjällum's lime mill. A room and kitchen, reed mats on the walls, a hefty brick, earth cellar, potato land and apple trees. The cottage was extended and renovated in the 1980s, and improvements are being made on an ongoing basis.
