The apartment has a steep staircase, is therefore unsuitable for people with walking disabilities. The apartment is newly renovated with a private entrance, for the 1st floor (stairs) folding bed (2 persons) In addition to the bed (incl. bed linen) there is a sofa and TV. Lesser dishes can be made from food. (Pots El boils, silverware, etc., and a refrigerator are available.) Private bathroom (incl. towels) Heat pump ( air conditioning) The apartment is a non-smoking area. Entry door opens with key (lockbox)

Our cozy 50 m2 apartment is located in the heart of Gråsten overlooking the castle lake and Gråsten castle. Nearby there is shopping, restaurants, harbor, beach, forest and more. Layout: kitchen living room with room for 4 people and living room with comfortable furniture, TV and good lighting, separate laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee, bedroom with sliding doors to the living room, 1 double bed and a sofa bed, bathroom (shower with shower bench) as well as a private terrace outside the door.

Good accommodation with a location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen there is a fridge, hot plates, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bath, which is next to the tiny house. You can use the backyard.

Be awakened by the cockroach and watch the cows graze. 20 min to Åbenrå/Sønderborg. 30 min to Flensburg, Walking/hiking and biking in nature beautiful surroundings. Golf. Great opportunities for fishing. In January/February 2026, the living room will be slightly modified. The living room is divided into two rooms. A living room and a bedroom... The workplace is moved to the bedroom, and a bed is added.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

En hytte på 42 m2 beliggende på en større grund med direkte og uforstyrret udsigt til Hopsø. Hopsø er fredet og rummer et rigt fugleliv. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

The beds will be made when you arrive. The apartment is on the ground floor of your own house.
