A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bikes can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Summer Cottage by the Sea

You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

Modern cottage near forest and lake

Here in the arms of the forest you will find our Attefall house surrounded by peace and quiet. The area is filled with hiking trails that wind through the forest and only a stone's throw away you will find a beautiful lake – perfect for a cooling dip. Further a bit further away is the sea. In the front of the house there is a small deck where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and relax. The home is just newly built and equipped with all the modern standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Sea and forest adventure - neighbor to nature reserve

Find peace and meet adventure in this newly built wooden house about 1.5 hours from Stockholm City. The house breathes love for nature and is located on a quiet island in the Stockholm Archipelago, which mostly consists of nature reserves. There are no cars or noise, just wild berries and wild animals. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to wood-burning stove, wood-fired sauna, 2 Sea Kayaks (K1) and 2 Mountain bikes (All included in the rent).

Stugan har ett charmigt originalkök från 70-talet med allt du behöver för en avkopplande semester, samt ett vardagsrum med stora fönster som släpper in rikligt med ljus. För kyliga eller regniga dagar finns en eldstad. I närheten finns många vackra skogsstigar som leder till lokala stränder, perfekta för en promenad i naturen.

Welcome to this two bedroom + bathroom cottage facing a stunning southerly view over the archipelago of Stockholm, and with a private jetty for swimming and relaxing. Attached mountainbikes/bikes, kajaks, sauna and hottub are for guest disposal. Suitable for couples or the small family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the port of Stockholm, with nature at your doorstep. Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Fint hus att hyra på Djurö. 50 minuters resa med direktbuss från Slussen i centrala Stockholm. Parkeringsmöjligheter för bil vid huset. Nära till bageri och mataffär. 150 m från tomten finns en liten badstrand och brygga. Boendet Fullt modernt utrustat hus på ca 90 kvm. Bastu. Alla bekvämligheter som diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Kök, 3 sovrum (en dubbelsäng, två singelsängar samt två extrasäng vid behov) , 2 badrum med WC, en dusch.

The Beach Cottage (30 meters to lake)

Mysig gäststuga som ligger endast 30 meter från Återvallssjön och med naturen runt hörnet. Stugan har en härlig altan med grillplats och utsikt mot sjön. Perfekt för två men det kan även ordnas en extra sovplats för ett barn. Här bor du bra med närhet till sjö, havsbad, golf och skärgården. Busshållsplats finns 200 m från stugan som tar dig till Stockholm/Slussen.
