Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

The old half-timbered farmhouse with outbuildings is surrounded by a park-like property with forest. Sauna fee of €10,- is to be paid on site.

Welcome to our beautiful holiday apartment "Ausguck" in Petersfehn. The apartment was completed in August 2018 and impresses with its cozy character in the attic. The modern maritime furnished apartment has two bedrooms. The apartment is newly renovated in September 2024. Outside there is a playground for holiday children in front of the house as well as in our courtyard on our shell bed a large table as well as a beach chair for our guests.

The accommodation is at ground level, fully furnished and located in a pleasant residential area. Good motorway connection (A28, approx. 3 km), shopping, restaurants and the Swarte Moor Lake for walks in nature. The city bus stops right in front of the door. A small garden makes this accommodation a cozy retreat.

Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high-quality and lovingly equipped and can accommodate 2 people on about 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyll. The farm has a very special soul that needs to be discovered.

At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region! This unique place has a style all its own. On 85 square meters, the cozy living room with open kitchen, a small office and the pretty guest toilet are located on the first floor. The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.
