The old mill tower is located in a quiet detached house settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a stream. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Dogs: (no large males or bitches in heat) allowed only on the first floor. Train station 1,8 km: NWB Oldenburg - Bremen, Bremen airport / 30 km.

Restaurants, an art and jewellery gallery as well as shops are just a few meters away. Free internet / Wi-Fi and car parking are available. The apartment is located in the attic and is accessible by stairs. Not suitable for disabled guests. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

At the moment, there is a construction site of a detached house opposite. There may be some impairments.
