Host was great Eco park is beautiful No gym or pool is only negative There is a gym but very expensive But if you don’t need a gym or pool I recommend. There is bus to town (opera house) that you can buy card or $10 each way in Grab Grocery in bottom of building has everything you need. Many restaurants in area. Long stays really need a motorcycle or car.

My 2nd time staying at this place. Cozy, lovely studio, with a nice balcony to chill at. This is like my 2nd home really. Thus far, I’ve stayed 7 nights here in 2 different trips.

If you are reading my review then you are thinking of booking The Tournesol... don't just think about it BOOK IT!! You will not be disappointed. We have just had a 5 nights stay here and honestly cannot praise it enough. We met up with family that are traveling, so we were 6 adults and a 4 year old. We couldn't have chosen better. The location was right in the heart of the old Quarter, everything we wanted within a short walk away, fabulous restaurants, night markets, Train Street. The house itself was incredible, the space went on and on as you got to each floor, until you reached the beautiful roof terrace, a lovely place to sit and listen to the chatter of the City. Washing machine facilities on the roof too. The house is spotlessly clean and all amenities that you require. The beds were sooo comfortable and bedrooms very spacious. Tuan couldn't have done more for us, from start to finish, always at the end of the phone if needed, and lots of tips. Totally fabulous stay!!!!

Everything was perfect, little note just on the mattress, it's extremely firm. My only recommendation would be to add a softer top on the bed. The accommodation is well located 15 minutes away, but being a little further away, it's quieter. The host gave me all the information I needed before I arrived.

The district is close to the Ming District, there is not much car horn, in terms of transportation, it is also convenient to the tourist area, the people of the surrounding restaurants are friendly, Jason and jacky are friendly, kind and helpful, this accommodation is definitely worth staying again.

Beautiful home very kind and helpful hosts. It’s a little far from Hanoi 20-40min but perfect!! to stay long term in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. The lights at night were so cool everywhere was so clean and the restaurants in the neighborhood area were all delicious I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you for having me 😇

The apartment was everything we wanted. We especially loved the view and the surrondings. It is not very touristic but had everything we wanted from a local market around the corner to lots of restaurants.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

It's expensive to pick up the accommodation, but it's comfortable (not much difference) It's a Vietnamese Airbnb, so I was scared, but it's the same as the picture! The downside is that people are resting in the entrance aisle, but they smoke and there are motorcycles coming. On the first floor, you can take the key out of the keybox and go up, and you need to have a key to get rid of it. Find a spare card key, plug it in, turn on the air conditioner, and go out. It's hot. There is a house in the hallway, so it is close to other houses, and it is double locked with an iron door, but I can hear the sound of the iron door shaking in the room, so I don't think anyone who is sensitive can sleep. I can hear a lot of noise from the window, but the sleep is on the dark side, so I just slept well (there are earplugs in the house). It takes 10 minutes? 15 minutes on foot to Hoan Kiem South corner. You have to walk at least 30 minutes to get to the north night market I stayed one night while going to Phu Quoc, but it's good for the price. It's really the same as the picture. The host is friendly and communicates very well.

This was the only place we could find quickly close to Aeon Mall for a night which was convenient and it worked for us. Communication was great and the host helped us order some pizza.

nice clean place ... host also so nice and give quick response just one thing is it little bit far from old quter so you have to take grab all the time but so nice peacefully very secure place
