Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Văn Giang

The woman who helped us into the house was extremely good, nice and sweet! English was not the best, but translate always works! The place did not look nearly as good as in the pictures except for the roof terrace which was magically beautiful. However, the apartment needed a good hand, and the pictures are just a little too good for how it really looks. However, I would like to give 5 stars for the service they delivered. It was above all expectations. There was some renovation at the neighbour's, which created a risk of noise, which we did not want when we were at our last destination on a 4 week trip with 2 small children. It wasn't their fault and they handled it so nicely. They tried to find a solution, which just wasn't for us, so we made the reservation. We appreciate it very much. The only thing we can say is that they have just a little too "nice" pictures than how the place really looks. But again 10/10 for the hosting.

It's a very nice room away from the tourist traffic. Host is excellent and terrific communicator. Highly recommended, especially for couples or small families. Rent it.

I had an amazing stay at the studio on the 39th floor. The room was spotless, stylish, and offered stunning views from such a high vantage point. The location was perfect. The host was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely apartment, very cozy, beautiful, it was very nice to be in it every day. It's exactly like the pictures. Ecopark is super well maintained, green, beautiful, just huge, and I can't even imagine how much work has been put into it and keep investing every day. Nhung was very friendly, helpful with all questions, and in my opinion did even more than I should (in the most positive sense). We stayed there for a month and it was very sad to leave. We have been traveling for a year now, we have lived in 5 different countries, in different conditions, and at the moment this is the best place we have stayed in. I really hope to come back here again. Thank you very much to the hostess for the opportunity to live in such a wonderful place!)

Lien's place is an absolute dream. The Japanese theme was carried out so meticulously throughout the apartment's decor that it was an experience on its own. The place is way better than the pictures, with uninterrupted views and the balcony was decorated with beautiful plants. The apartment is spacious, open and bright. It is situated right across a beautiful Japanese garden with a serene Koi Pond. It is also close to commercial areas, which was very convenient. Lien and her family were very helpful and attentive through our entire stay. They were very friendly and always proactive. Highly highly recommend.

I really like this apartment. Stayed here for two weeks without any issues. The view from the balcony is amazing. The host was friendly and attentive. Very nice area with a lot of new coffee shops and places to eat. I also liked running at the park nearby. The park is huge

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Stayed here for a week with a small group of friends. location is fantastic, just a couple minutes walk to the famous train street. Great food and coffee all around. tucked away from the really busy streets of Old Quarter. AC was a godsend with 37 degree heat outside (47 degrees with humidity). There are 4 floors total so going up and down a lot is necessary but that's just how Vietnamese buildings are designed, wasn't that much of a hassle. A little bit of noise but surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the very noisy streets outside. Tour groups came in picked us up just 50 metres up the road, in big buses despite the tight busy roads. Very convenient and well organised. Host was super responsive, gave great recommendations for food, bars and more. Would definitely stay again!

wide home clean and nice

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

Highly recommend this spot. The location is about as central as it gets, and the unit itself feels quite spacious and tucked away from the noise. It came with everything we needed, including Netflix, laundry, and filtered water. Tea and the team were very responsive, and had a great list of recommendations for the area. I’d definitely stay here again!

The location of trang’s space was great! Was really near a lot of cute coffee shops, salons, convenience stores and restaurants. Just weird that you have to enter through a flowershop but the owners didnt seem to care. The common area was very clean and airconditioning was strong. The attic part/5th floor can get a bit hot through but the rest of the floors were really clean and cold. Some parts look dated and have some wear and tear but overall a really good space

We rented that flat 1 month. The host is very friendly and helps where she can, and she responds so quickly. The flat was clean and cozy. The Ecopark area is so beautiful and green with a lot of shops and entertainment. There are no disturbing noises or loud neighbors. This apartment is highly recommended if you search a green and peaceful area.

i came back for the 2nd time for work and also left soon but still satisfied about everything as the first time. the host proactively contacted and supported. i liked their design taste, each time was a different good experience. hope they will continue to keep everything perfect when I come back. highly recommend

Quite & good sleep at night. Clean & efficient equipment. Responsive host. What more can you ask for for a short work stay? I also love the fact that the scent diffuser created a signature feeling when coming into the studio. Recommend to other guests!

The space was amazing, it made me feel exactly at home from the state. There was everything that I needed at the place. The host was very accommodating and super responsive. We even got a chance to stop by his pickleball courts to play as well. If you guys are into pickleball then Viet Anh is your go to guy! Overall I love the experience this place had provided for me. Will definitely be rebooking once I come back to Hanoi.
