Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

The cozy studio near the lake has a kitchen and shower/toilet. A sunny seating area is available. Sun-seekers can relax in the garden. The jump into the lake is possible in 5 minutes. The famous seaside resort and mini golf can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Shopping is just around the corner. The bus to the train station and harbor is only 3 minutes away. Excursions by train/boat and the rental of bicycles are possible there. 1 parking space is available.

Leave your car in your parking space (no small trucks) and use the public bus in front of the house. The festival evening🎻🍾🌜is a 20-minute walk without traffic jams, along Lake Constance, relaxing. The house is directly on the Weiß campsite and Natura 2000 area.

The living room with open kitchen and balcony has a beautiful view of the lake. The bedroom is located on the quiet back side of the house. Garmisch Classic, the largest ski resort in Bavaria, can be reached in 30 minutes. Here your apartment is a starting point for activities in the most beautiful Alpine region of Germany.
