The apartment is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Centrally located on Quartierstrasse, a few steps to the ski bus/post bus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness spa. The cross-country skiing center and cross-country ski trail are also within walking distance. Ideal for families and couples.

The Schaivel apartment is located at the entrance to the village of Müstair just before the Italian border. The famous UNESCO World Heritage monastery of St. Johann as well as bus stop/grocery stores/pharmacy, restaurants are very close to the holiday accommodation. The apartment is generously equipped and has, among other things, a modern kitchen including a Thermomix. We look forward to welcoming guests who also enjoy the beautiful and welcome them to Müstair.

The local bus stop and the cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity. The shopping facilities are a 2-5 minute walk away and the center/thermal bath is about a 5-minute walk away. The house is located between the village square and church very central but absolutely quiet. The apartment on the upper floor is suitable for 4 people. Central heating is available. The fireplace in the living area can also be heated with wood. In the large kitchen-living room with full amenities, 6 people can comfortably sit at the table.
