The apartment is equipped with a pizza oven and garden seating area as well as a whirlpool and offers a magnificent view of the Lower Engadine mountains. Thanks to four bedrooms, eight sleeping accommodations and three parking spaces, the holiday apartment is ideally suited for larger groups.

The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The house is located between the village square and church very central but absolutely quiet. The apartment on the upper floor is suitable for 4 people. Central heating is available. The fireplace in the living area can also be heated with wood. In the large kitchen-living room with full amenities, 6 people can comfortably sit at the table.
