Very well located and spacious apartment. The space was very clean and tidy. Proximity to lakefront and shops. You can do almost anything by foot. It would just be missing some dishes in the kitchen so as not to be harbor when there are many of us. I highly recommend this host!

The accommodation is very nice., spacious. A sublime view. For 5 people, that's fine. A fence suitable for our dog. Private parking, all the shops nearby, beautiful villages to visit, access to the fast lake. The Old Town of Annecy is a 10-minute drive. An excellent restaurant within walking distance to the port bistro. Julien and Sébastien welcomed us very warmly. That's it, a memorable stay. To be recommended without hesitation. Emmanuel.

Small pleasant stay. The accommodation is perfect, as described, it is equipped with all the necessities, and clean. It is right in the center with several parking lots nearby. However, there's a lot of noise at night/night on the street... Helpful and responsive host. I would recommend it in a second!!

I spent a week with my little dog in Pascale and Thierry's apartment. Everything was as described in the listing and I felt at home. The apartment is nice and quiet, and the small garden is a downside. In addition, you just have to go out to walk along the Thiou where you are surrounded by nature and to go into town, you can use the bus that is close by. Communication was great, every question I asked was answered quickly by Pascale. My first experience with Airbnb was very positive and I can only recommend Pascale and Thierry.

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

The room was even more beautiful than in the photos, and our host, Marie, was incredibly kind. I had a truly comfortable stay, making unforgettable memories. Even without a car, getting around was easy with the bicycles she provided and the available bus service. If you’re looking for breathtaking scenery, a peaceful, comfortable, and clean place to stay, I highly recommend this place. Every day felt like a dream. We had a wonderful stay at Carine's, she and her husband are very welcoming and very kind..always ready to help guests and gave lots of advice.. As for the accommodation everything was perfect..it was as in the photos, very clean and very welcoming, it feels like home..there are plenty of leaflets that show us what we can do in the area and a beautiful notebook that explains a lot about the apartment and the beautiful landscapes to see nearby..we would have stayed a week longer..😅 I recommend it 2000% Thank you for your kindness!! Apartment located on the 3rd floor, in a building with elevator access. Cozy, bright, clean and very well-equipped accommodation. Shops within walking distance as well as Nordic and alpine ski runs. The residence offers a swimming pool, of a decent size. I would recommend Fabienne's place.

Sophian's apartment is ideal for a holiday in Talloires! Good location, beautifully decorated, we didn't miss anything. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful balcony. The village square and lake are within walking distance. We did two great hikes right from the front door. Sophian was always easily accessible and gave us helpful tips. We are happy to recommend the apartment!

Sylvie’s apartment is perfect for exploring Annecy and the local area. All areas are walkable and the flat is a comfortable and cosy space to come back to after a day of exploring. Sylvie is very accommodating and responsive and no stone is left unturned to make sure the flat is homely. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone else in the future!
