Holiday rentals with beach access in Valras-Plage

Under the spell of this fully functional and beautifully decorated accommodation, disconnection, calm, relaxation with the outdoor garden, the jacuzzi, the birds, it was a very pleasant stay. We felt very comfortable. The reception was very kind. The beach directly in front of the apartment is very nice and not crowded. The apartment corresponds to the pictures and is tastefully decorated. The view is great.

We had a very nice stay with family of 4. The apartment is ideally located close to the beaches and local shops. It is very well equipped and the terrace is very pleasant. The communication and reception offered by Valras Loc are excellent. We recommend ++

VERY WELL LOCATED ACCOMMODATION WITH A SUPERB VIEW, 3RD FLOOR BUT WITH VERY CONVENIENT ELEVATOR, WASHING MACHINE AND DISHWASHER THE BEST FOR THE HOLIDAYS, THE GREAT AIR CONDITIONING, THE PERFECT AND CLEAN BEDDING, SMALL BEMOL THE SHOWER CUBICLE A LITTLE SMALL FOR A PERSON WITH A SURPOID, AND SECOND BEMOL MISSING PARKING SPACE I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO GIVE 35 E TO THE AGENCY AND HAVE A PLACE.

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you can be on the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, cot, toys...). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioners in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is doable on foot 30min (easy) but not very close.

The place is in a great location! The view from the deck is breathtaking. The apartment is cozy, very well equipped and very functional.

What an absolute gem. Wonderful little cottage. Pascale is a super friendly helpful host. Local amenities just a stones throw away. Great. Looking forward to returning next time we're in the area.

We had a great time at Paul's house. The view is magnificent, the pool is too. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to withdraw if you wish. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Small, clean and comfortable house with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Close to the beach. The hostess is adorable and very caring. We highly recommend it.

The accommodation is faithful to the photos, clean, convenient, with all the necessary amenities and tastefully decorated. Beds are made on arrival, towels are available, as well as cleaning and bathroom beds. The Valras loc teams are very friendly, responsive, and give good advice. I'll go back there without a second thought

An excellent stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We loved everything: the proximity to shops, the beach within walking distance, and especially the surrounding calm, perfect for relaxing. It immediately feels like home. Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Great stay very nice. Beautiful apartment, really comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the sea view and the view of the ponds on the other side. The residence is quiet and ideally located to go to the centre on foot or to reach the ponds for beautiful bike rides.

An idyllic stay by the sea! We had a great time at Philippe's apartment ideally located on the seafront. The daily market, right at the foot of the accommodation, offers a nice selection of fresh local products: a real pleasure to cook or just feast. Many shops are also within walking distance, making everyday life very convenient. The beach is superb and perfect for long walks . The apartment is comfortable and well equipped , a real little corner of heaven for a relaxing holiday.

A quiet accommodation, ideally located (close to the sea and the city centre) with private parking. The apartment is impeccable, clean and well decorated, you feel good there! Cathy and her husband are very welcoming and accurate in the information given. We had a lovely weekend!
