We had a very nice stay with family of 4. The apartment is ideally located close to the beaches and local shops. It is very well equipped and the terrace is very pleasant. The communication and reception offered by Valras Loc are excellent. We recommend ++

Beautiful apartment in a great location with a beautiful view of the sea

Oh my God, words are not enough to explain our experience with this Airbnb and Sète. The place is perfect, there are lots of things to do and discover so close to the Airbnb: beaches, restaurants, activities. In addition, the Airbnb is very nice, lovely, and comfortable. The decor is nice, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and the table on the balcony is my favourite place to start the morning and end the evening. The hostess is so nice and she responds super fast with useful messages and friendly phrases. This Airbnb is really a must for your holiday in Sète! When we return to Sète, we will stay here again.

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you can be on the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, cot, toys...). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioners in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is doable on foot 30min (easy) but not very close.

It was great stay in beautiful apartment with the spectacular view! Well equipped, new and well maintained place with everything you need during your stay. Very comfortable and spacious balcony. Parking space in the garage and shops just on the opposite site. On top great contact with Alexandre. He was very helpful and answering very quick. For sure we will be back!:)

We spent very nice days in Emmanuelle's house. Emmanuelle welcomed us kindly and also had many tips and recommendations for our holidays. The little cottage is perfectly equipped. We didn't miss anything. The location is perfect, you can reach many excursion destinations quickly and easily. If you don't want to go on an excursion, the spacious terrace invites you to chill out. I can fully recommend Emmanuelle. Dear Emmanuelle, thank you very much for your friendly and uncomplicated manner. We felt very comfortable.

Everything has already been said. The fisherman's house is located in an idyllic place and in an Olympian calm. We felt immediately at ease and Denys' welcome was very warm and friendly. Certainly, some maintenance work is necessary, but as Denys says, various external elements mean that this is not always possible. But the feeling of living in harmony with nature makes you forget these small inconveniences.

We had a great time at Isabelle and Charly's. They are very attentive and do their utmost to make the vacation as enjoyable as possible. Special mention for Isabelle and the delicious sacristains!!! The studio, with pool views, is beautiful, very clean and well decorated. The private patio is great for outdoor dining while being sheltered... We have not yet finished exploring the Thau basin region and we will definitely return to Mèze.

Super nice place to stay. Located in a small private forest and right on the beach. Very quiet, beautiful garden with pool. House also first class. Each bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Overall, a clear recommendation.

A short but great stay. We were greeted with rare kindness and availability. The house is comfortable and perfectly located, really 5 minutes from the beach (ideal with a 4-year-old boy) and all amenities. Despite an unforeseen health issue that forced us to shorten our stay, Jason showed great understanding and was very accommodating for our departure. We'll be back without hesitating. Very good welcome from Philippe, he is a host attentive to the smooth running of your stay and available if needed. Still reachable. As for the apartment, in addition to being super well-located, close to the beach, the city center, and the port, it is really very nice, nicely decorated, well equipped and very functional. From the terrace, we saw on dunes (wild), which gives access to a path along the cliffs, overlooking the sea (beautiful) ideal for walks and jogging. Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Great stay very nice. Beautiful apartment, really comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the sea view and the view of the ponds on the other side. The residence is quiet and ideally located to go to the centre on foot or to reach the ponds for beautiful bike rides.

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

An idyllic stay by the sea! We had a great time at Philippe's apartment ideally located on the seafront. The daily market, right at the foot of the accommodation, offers a nice selection of fresh local products: a real pleasure to cook or just feast. Many shops are also within walking distance, making everyday life very convenient. The beach is superb and perfect for long walks . The apartment is comfortable and well equipped , a real little corner of heaven for a relaxing holiday.
