Next to Gran Vía (possible inconvenience: noisy in summer with open windows) 3 blocks from Ramblas Sabadell and Ferrocarriles-40 min Barcelona. Double bed in bedroom-sofa bed 2 beds in living room. There are no blinds, there are light curtains. Clean but not ironed linens. From Barcelona airport it is difficult to access by public transport (bus and train)

Overpowered historic neighborhood near Barcelona

Studio in an overhead floor with beautiful views. It has a "living room" space separate from the rest area. The ceilings are attic with a lot of charm although some parts have a low height (rest area). Office with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, menage etc... NO STOVE FOR COOKING !. Full bathroom. Wifi, Smart TV. Large terrace of 45m with protective awning, barbecue, tables, sofas and sun loungers to enjoy the outside and good weather.
