Up on a little hill, this is the guest house of a 500 years traditional Catalan house, embedded in a wood of 25 hectares. The guest house has a private garden, a mini pool, and an independent entrance. Barcelona's center is only 20 min by train, trains every 6/10 mins, 1,2 euro ticket trip, the train station is 3 min by car, free parking at station and house. Alternatively, the city center is 20 minutes by car. Beach is 25 minutes by car.Car recommended. Nature, peaceful, beautiful sunsets.

Overpowered historic neighborhood near Barcelona

Studio in an overhead floor with beautiful views. It has a "living room" space separate from the rest area. The ceilings are attic with a lot of charm although some parts have a low height (rest area). Office with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, menage etc... NO STOVE FOR COOKING !. Full bathroom. Wifi, Smart TV. Large terrace of 45m with protective awning, barbecue, tables, sofas and sun loungers to enjoy the outside and good weather.
