The apartment is super equipped, very clean and the owners are nice and available at all times. The apartment is located near a supermarket, bakery and several restaurants. There are also 2 bicycles in the apartment with which the sea can be reached in a few minutes. I recommend the accommodation and thank the owners for their hospitality.

Blanca was a great host, very responsive and helpful with any questions we had about the area and things to do. The apartment is wonderful, directly at the beach, just as described . The port is just a few steps away. You can reach Barcelona within 30 to 45 minutes by car and that’s also a train going close by

The apartment was spotless. As shown in the photos. Super modern, it's clearly a new building in very good condition and the apartment has all kinds of details. Super comfortable beds and pillows. The parking is also very good. Close to the train station, supermarkets and a 15-minute walk to the beach. The host was very helpful and kind at all times. Totally recommendable.

I recently stayed at this lovely house for two weeks, and it was a delightful experience. The house is in an unbeatable location, just a one-minute walk from the beach. The nearby town has all the services you might need, making it convenient for a longer stay. The property is clean and well-equipped, with everything necessary for a comfortable vacation. Although the furniture and appliances are a bit dated, they are more than sufficient for a pleasant stay. During mosquito season, you might initially worry, but the house is well-prepared with mosquito nets on all the windows and effective air conditioning, which is a great bonus. The attention and service were excellent. Whenever we had any issues or questions, Margarita responded promptly and kindly, always ensuring that our stay was as smooth as possible. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great hospitality and thoughtful care.

The contact with Joaquin was always straightforward. Questions were answered promptly. Issues resolved quickly, the tips were very good. The check-in was also very flexible and straightforward. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The connection to the S-Bahn to Barcelona was perfect. We highly recommend the place, especially if you want to explore a little beach and area next to Barcelona.

Great and safe location within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and tourist sites. Alejandro was very responsive, and the video instructions for how to locate and access the rental were perfect. Rental was clean and matched the description and pictures. My family and I would definitely consider this location again.

Great stay and the owner is very friendly and very available. Barcelona is really close and at the same time we are quiet. Perfectly equipped accommodation, a perfect garden with sauna pool and basketball basket. Our kids loved it. Lots of small touches from the owner that make you very happy. We'll be there again . My time at Anna's place was very special. The house is elegant, with beautiful antiques and tasteful decoration. Anna's garden is a little oasis of beauty and birdsong amidst the busyness of modern life & there are several places outside, some under cover, where one can enjoy it and relax. The station to Barcelona is an easy 10 minute walk & trains are frequent, with the T-mobilitat card Zones 1-3 making it very reasonable (though buy the card there if you have an Apple phone as the virtual card doesn't always work with iPhones). It's about 1/2 hour into the centre of Barcelona. Anna was so friendly and helpful, showing me where to find a supermarket, somewhere to eat and the station, and even driving me to the station when I was leaving. That was such a blessing as, due to the power outage, no trains were running & Anna enabled me to stay an extra night & then organised a taxi to the airport so I could get home. I am so thankful & really recommend Torre Malla :) Thank you, Anna!

This was the perfect place to start our European adventure. Alex was fantastic to work with. The apartment is convenient to the Barcelona airport, walking distance to beach restaurants, and right across the highway from a grocery store. The apartment was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we head this way.

Great apartment to have for a few days. Clean apartment with good facilities and nice to have a pool to relax by. Close connection to local public transport. Easy to visit other towns and get into the centre of Barcelona. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was as described, and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. Kasia was very accommodating and when we had a problem with the boiler in the property, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. In April, Cubelles is a beautiful and peaceful area to stay, right by the beach and free from the trappings of tourism while being near enough to a railway station to catch a train into Barcelona. We wouldn't hesitate to return to the apartment in future.

Possibly the best-positioned apartment within this development, the location is extremely quiet and peaceful. We encountered very few others in the building during our entire stay - for good or bad. The location is residential, suburban and exactly what we wanted as it’s 3 blocks from friends of ours and a similar distance to the beach. Our expectations were exceeded when Mo pointed out some basics already provided within the fridge and the kitchen cupboards - very kind and super helpful when arriving with a tired child. Most grateful.

This was such a lovely place to stay in a community that cares for each other and the shared spaces. Everything was very clean. There is noise coming from the trains but it didn’t bother us. It’s not constant, stops at night and is only noticeable at the back. There were a couple of things to fix at the beginning of our stay and Domingo sorted them out quickly. Great communication throughout. The area is very peaceful with a promenade joining several towns along the coast perfect for walks and bike rides… and I wish I could take those views with me. There’s space in the seating room for 3/4 people but half of us never got to use it. We could watch TV from the balcony if we wanted a break from the views (which we never did)

Although we find ourselves between supermarkets (which is very convenient for shopping😅), once the gate of the residence is passed we find ourselves elsewhere and quiet: swimming pool, padel yard, beautifully appointed green spaces. The apartment is cozy and the owners are always available if needed. The little touches are at the top: coffee, cupcakes, directions to the places to see,... they even heard from us during a long general power outage ☺️ We're quick to walk by the sea.
