The cottage is located among the hills of the Marche region in a really quiet and peaceful area ideal for spending moments of peace and quiet.We are in the land of Verdicchio di Matelica just minutes from the Frasassi Caves, less than an hour from the Adriatic coast and the Sibillini mountains.Convenient location to reach the magnificent villages of Marche and Umbria. In the area you will find cycle paths, the airfields of Mount Cucco. The village is an important stop on the Capuchin Way.

The accommodation is independent and consists of a single bedroom with the addition of a second bed (THE DOUBLE VERSION IS NOT PROVIDED) from a bathroom with services and shower. THERE IS NO KITCHENETTE. It is part of a villa completely surrounded by greenery. Just 2 km from the historic center of Gubbio, with private parking. The accommodation is new, equipped with heating, linens and towels, a coffee maker, kettle for tea and herbal teas and hairdryer. Tourist tax is payable on site.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
