totally beautiful and authentic, this 2 bed/4 people ( 2 adults 2 children ) cottage is in the grounds of the Chateau .This cottage has a double bedroom and 2 full sized singles for children The cottage is not for 4 adults We have 3 cottages listed . All completely separate but share a salon and kitchen in the main Chateau . We share the pool and gardens . The Chateau is in the old part of the picturesque village of St Victor la Coste, walking distance to shops and restaurant in the square.

Located in the heart of a small village near Uzès, in an old stone property renovated with contemporary materials, the Terrasses de Vallérargues house 2 suites and 2 apartments with garden and shared swimming pool. The 55m2 “la Magnanerie” apartment with its private terrace is composed, on the first level, of a living room and an equipped kitchen, and upstairs a bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Independent entrance and reversible air conditioning.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Quiet and peaceful village apartment.

I rent the ground floor of a stone house located in the heart of the village. The house is old but it has been renovated to provide all the comforts necessary for your stay. I accept arrivals and departures every day. I'm available for your questions if needed. I live on the first floor of the house with my partner and our dog (no cohabitation issues). We also have chickens at the bottom of the meadow. Lovers of the countryside, welcome.
