very nice apartment, comfortable and equipped. We had a lovely stay in Valencia as a couple. Very well located accommodation, ideal when you arrive by train. Very good bakery at the foot of the apartment. Laurence welcomed us to give us all the useful information and restaurant recommendations.

We used the property as a stopover. We really liked the accommodation and the hospitality. Everything was super clean and there was also a delicious cookie as a welcome. Very nice accommodation, spacious, beautiful decor. Caroline is very responsive and welcoming. We enjoyed the light on in the entrance on arrival. The accommodation is very well located and allows you to do everything on foot. The only negative would be the mattress in the gray room that is a little trampoline and the terrace is a little too noisy for our taste.

We truly enjoyed our stay, a perfect location to unwind and immerse yourself in nature. It was a nice surprise to find so many animals: a horse, super cute dogs and a cat. The garden is beautiful, you can walk around, go down to the river, enjoy quietness and pure nature all around. The road to the location is also very nice - like a hidden path through nature. It’s definitely a place to come back to, with an amazing energy. Even two nights restore you fully and feels like you stayed much longer than this. Not to mention a stylish and tastefully decorated house. You can find all you need. Amazing both side terraces - to enjoy a morning sun and a sunset.

Kevin et Laetitia’s place is as close to “heaven on earth” as I’ve encountered in a long time! I am looking forward to trying to come back for a longer stay ASAP, it was absolutely incredible and as hosts, they were wonderful to work with. The interior is accommodating and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details and the exterior is a peaceful, divine oasis of comfort and pleasure. The surrounding areas are easy to access and everything was 10/10 wonderful! Merci beaucoup, Kevin & Laetitia!

Thank you for these little welcome gifts and the fruit juice available, it's very nice to arrive. The accommodation is very well equipped, kitchen utensils, laundry and garden furniture. Very large terrace with a beautiful unobstructed and quiet view. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

First floor home in a home. All comforts with two beautiful bedrooms, a veranda and a very large living room. Very clean and well furnished in a beautiful quiet setting. I recommend it!

Benoît's house is functional, well maintained, tastefully furnished, very nice view of the village Saint-Vincent-de-Barrès from the veranda, beautiful swimming pool. Everything is there for a pleasant holiday.

We especially appreciated the flexibility for schedules, covered parking, view (even if the weather did not allow us to make the most of it). The accommodation is spacious and pleasant, with everything necessary to welcome us (coffee, nougat, juice, dishwasher tablets...) A place where we'd love to come back to.
