All'interno la baita dispone al piano terra di salotto più sala da pranzo, cantina e piccolo bagno , al piano superiore due camere da letto più bagno. The cottage (70 sqm) is located at 1000 m with dairy farming. Quiet single location. Comfortably furnished, large terrace, barbecue, infrared sauna. Good starting point for mountain tours in the Dolomites, ski/hiking area Plose Brixen and Bolzano are easily accessible by bus/train. The Lüsner Alm offers great excursion destinations. The cottage is good for couples, families with kids. Pets are welcome. Breakfast, bread service, fresh eggs and milk will be provided on request.

The house is well connected to the public (bus stop 2 minutes on foot) and is ideally located for tours on the Villanderer Alm and throughout South Tyrol.
