Nice clean apartment with a sea view and great balcony! Very well equipped kitchen and large TV with lots of channels and Netflix. Elizaveta was very responsive host and Di who welcomed us was great! Definitely will stay there again.

The apartment is very good, it is spacious, very comfortable and nice, it is also well equipped and everything is very new, I totally recommend it. The only thing I didn't like were the surroundings, if you have a car to get around it is not much of a problem, but if you don't have the one you probably depend a lot on taking taxis. As for Carl, very friendly and attentive throughout the stay.

Great communication with the host, we received a lot of useful information and needed help during a power outage in Spain. The apartment is very clean, as described, located in a convenient location, close to the metro, bus stop. A short walk to the oceanarium and beaches. Highly recommend!

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

This is a lovely flat for good friends and close family. All the relevant amenities, and great location near the beach. Stylish decor and easy access to the centre of town. AC and fans were much appreciated and supermarkets and pharmacy very local. Gionata was proactive and flexible around the many questions we had for him. Many thanks.

Really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. Just a 6 minute walk from the train station and only 15-25 minute walk into city center and historical sights. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by as well. Jaime and her associate responded quickly to my questions about early check-in and wifi.

Maria was incredibly helpful, she answered almoust immediatly on my questions, very flexibil. We had an accident with broken glass of the door to balkony, she solved the problem during few hours, I had to do nothing with it. I was so grateful for it! The location of the apartment is ideal, in first line of the beach, not far from supermarket,bike rental, restaurants..I really appreciated possibility to use chairs and parasol to the beach. The apartment had everything what a family could need for an perfect stay by the beach and see. Thank you, Maria!

If you want to go from cottage to a quiet area,which has a bit of everything,and above all cleanliness, something that at least I value a lot,this is your home!We spent a weekend with friends and children,and the truth is that there was everything so as not to be cold or warm,very well equipped, thank you Amparo for lending us your house♡

My parents, who are in their late 60s, stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The place was very comfortable for them, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. Most of all, the location is perfect—right in the center, which made sightseeing super convenient. Highly, highly recommend this place!

A perfect place to disconnect with family or as a couple. The villa is in perfect condition, all the rooms have air conditioning, good terrain to take the dog, and the hosts are charming. We'll be back if we can in the summer to enjoy the pool. 10 out of 10

Not only does the description 100% match, but the stay was very good. Fernando was very attentive, he recommended us where to eat, like moving around there, everything we needed. We definitely recommend it. .

The house has everything and more with children , no lack of detail is very well equipped. It is very spacious and very quiet , we will definitely repeat when we travel back to Valencia ! Ariadna super attentive and very careful in giving details of how to move around and to visit and more recommendations. Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Highly recommend! The place is spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Ismael met us at check-in and helped direct us to their condo. He was also very responsive to messages. The beach is a very short walk away and close to some decent restaurants. Transit access is also easy, although it is about an hour bus ride to the historic district of Valencia where many of the sights are.

Desiré is an extraordinary host, by far the best we have ever had - responsive & accommodating, but also kind, friendly and warm. As to Casa Desiré, the superlatives used by other reviewers are accurate. To fling open 4 sets of floor to ceiling doors to a long balcony with 2 sets of bistro table and chairs, to the sights and sounds of the busy market square was magical. It is stocked with everything you’d want in a vacation home. As we were guests for a 2-week stay, Desiré bought us a Magic Bullet for smoothies. A floor mop was the only thing “missing”and it was quickly supplied. Not mentioned often/at all in past reviews: well stocked first aid and sewing kits, clothes steamer, small mesh bag for bras/delicates, a combo microwave/broiler, tons of electrical outlets and hangers, full length mirror, hooks, good clothing and bathroom storage, bathroom nightlight, secure entry (apt occupies entire 1st floor), comfy bed & fabulous milk-frothing Nespresso machine. Loved it, will return!

We had a great stay at Veronica's apartment, spacious, well appointed with all the kitchen necessities even though we had all our meals outside. The apartment is in a great location for visiting Valencia. We highly recommend and will not hesitate to return to Veronica's during our next stay in Valencia.

Very nice location. Communication and check-in were uncomplicated, after initial language difficulties, about Maria and the Co Juan. Thanks to digital translator. The apartment is well laid out and also well appointed. Plenty of towels and linen provided. Beautiful balcony with great views of the sea. The oven was broken and caused short circuits. This was very well managed by Juan. The apartment was equipped with a brand new oven at short notice. We felt comfortable for 12 days and nights. Thank you
