Breathtaking views of the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. There is a lot of eagles, especially sea eagles, but also golden eagles. Follow us on insta on Birdbox Sotra If you want to rent a kayak, we recommend northernexposure.

We provide eggs for breakfast from free-range hens wandering around in the yard and mighty deer roar you get for free until evening! It is 10 minutes to walk to the sea with both sandy beach and good fishing spots, or 5 minutes by car to lake with a lot of delicious trout! You will love my place because of the location, the outdoor area, and the atmosphere. New kitchen is installed in June-2018. It is perfect for couples and solo travelers. The place is 25 min by car from Bergen city and only 10min to both Arna and Åsane (with small shopping senters). It is desirable that you have a car, because public transportation is about 25 min away by foot. The location offers great hikes in the mountain and other beautiful trails in the woods. Great view from the studio.
