Unique design, large window surfaces, and rooms on multiple levels. One bedroom with a double bed, and a large sofa bed in the loft/TV room. Tiled bathroom by bedroom. The lower floor with double gate, view of the fjord, and with its own toilet/laundry room and fridge/freezer.

Enjoy the wonderful view from this idyllic storehouse located on Valderøya outside Ålesund. The storehouse is over a century old, but has been renovated in several rounds. NOTE: The storage room has electricity, but not running water or a toilet. Guests can use shower and toilet in the main house which is 30 m away. The bathroom in the main house is for the exclusive use of you, the guests, and access to the rest of the main house is restricted. There are 5 litres of water available in the fridge. Leiligheten ligger øverst i Skaret på Valderøya utenfor Ålesund med panoramautsikt over skipsleia lang kysten. 10-15 min. kjøretur til Ålesund sentrum, ca 10 min. til flyplassen. Turmuligheter like utenfor døren til fjellet Signalen med flott utsikt, eller til de andre øyene Godøya, Giske eller Vigra. Golfbane på Vigra, 5 min. å kjøre. På Alnes, som ligger på Godøya, er det kunstgalleri/kafe. Kort vei til alle severdighetene i Ålesund og Sunnmørsfjellene med alle sine turmuligheter.

Cozy holiday home with amazing views of Hjørundfjorden. Several patios/terraces, fire pit and barbecue. Outdoor jacuzzi for 5-6 people. The house is located 35m from the parking lot in sloping terrain. Small sandy beach and common barbecue/outdoor area nearby. 400 m to Sæbø center with grocery stores, niche stores, hotels and campsite. Motorboat can be rented at an additional cost, floating jetty 50m from the house. Please let us know before arrival if boat rental is applicable.
