In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central with a short distance to the airport, Ålesund city and scenic surroundings with both lake and mountains. The apartment is bright and equipped with most things. Bed space for four; a double bed and two extra sleeping places if needed in the living room. The apartment has a flat screen TV with Apple TV box and Xbox console. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Terrace on the south and north side of the apartment that can be used in peace and quiet. Nostalgia

A charming house from the 1800s with a great atmosphere. The property is beautifully located by the lake overlooking Ålesund and Sunnmørsalpene. Only 15 min by car from Ålesund city and the nearest airport, but is still a place that gives peace of mind. Outside the garden there is cultivated land with grazing animals in late summer. The island of Giske itself is a gem with a marble church from the Middle Ages, beaches, untouched nature and bird life. The island was once home to Norway's most powerful noble family, the Arnungs, and is mentioned in the Snorre saga.

OAH 1870 Oldest Alesund House

Welcome to OAH-1870, the oldest surviving house in Ålesund’s city center – a charming cultural treasure built in 1870. This unique home withstood the devastating fire of 1904, preserving not only its original character but also a true piece of local history. Perfect Location: residential area, you're only 5 minutes on foot from the vibrant heart of Ålesund. Enjoy local cafés, restaurants, parks, museums, and iconic viewpoints like Fjellstua. Ålesund Airport Vigra is just a 15-minute drive away.

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

This seaside property is one of the few homes located directly by the water in this region. It offers a perfect setting for relaxation and for taking in the stunning views, while also serving as an ideal base for sightseeing, hiking, swimming, or fishing in the fjord or nearby river. Cozy Art Nouveau top apartment with amazing views in the middle of Ålesund city center. Elevator to the 4th floor and stairs up to the 5th. Bedroom with double bed, tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine/dryer. Large nice kitchen with dining table. Velux window that can be opened to a small mini-balcony. View of the pedestrian street, Brosundet and Fjellstua.

Cabin with amazing views

Enjoy the wonderful view from this idyllic barn located on Valderøya outside Ålesund. The barn is over a hundred years old, but has been renovated several times. Please note that the Stabburet has electricity, but no running water or toilet. Guests can use the shower and toilet in the main house which is 30 m away.
