Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Apartman se nalazi u mirnom naselju Valbandon, udaljenom 1500 m od Fažane i Nacionalnog parka Brijuni. Apartman se nalazi u prizemlju i komplet je opremljen, idealan za obiteljski odmor. Sastoji se os 2 spavaće sobe, kuhinje s punom opremom, hodnika , kupatila i terase sa pogledom na vrt. Stan je opremljen centralnim grijanjem, klima uređajem, WI-FI, LED-TV sa satelitskim programima, hladnjak sa zamrzivačem, toster, kuhalo za vodu, kafe mašina. Prostor je klimatiziran (dva klima uređaja, jedan u blagovaoni drugi u glavnoj spavaćoj sobi) te se klimatizacija ne naplaćuje posebno. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan Wi Fi. Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...). Prostrana glavna spavaća soba se prostire preko cijele gornje etaže objekta. Gostima je na raspolaganju vanjski roštilj te balkon u sklopu apartmana.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Zur Verfügung stehen Ihnen drei Schlafzimmern inklusive Bettwäsche, zwei mit Doppelbett und eins davon mit Bad und ein mit zwei Einzelbetten. Insgesamt sind es zwei Bäder inklusive Handtücher, Bad eins mit Massage-Badewanne und je mit Dusche. Hochstuhl und Reisebett stellen wir gerne zur Verfügung, natürlich kostenlos.

On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price. It is recognizable by beautiful swimming pool, surrounded with a garden of 800 m2, BBQ area, free parking and WiFi. It's located between National park Brijuni, Fažana and the city center of Pula, which is only 3 km far, as well as the nearest beach.
