Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Val-de-Ruz District

We had a great time. The place is very clean and well maintained, with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The view from the chalet is beautiful and the location is ideal for exploring the surroundings. Odile was welcoming and available to answer our questions. I recommend this cottage to those looking for a quiet place to relax. We will probably come back on a future trip. Thank you for a great stay.

I'm happy to have discovered this quiet oasis in the Vallamand vineyards. Naomi and Romain were there when I needed them but left enough privacy even though they live in the same house. The interaction was very pleasant. The studio is a perfect place for singles with a need for peace and quiet as well as for couples to experience a change of scenery while enjoying the most beautiful view of Lake Murten and the vineyard landscape. The patio is like in another world, the decor is simple but very atmospheric. A Denner is easily accessible nearby via a walk. I would love to come back another time because I feel like I'm born again after the stay. Thank you Naomi and Romain for the wonderful stay!

We loved the place ! We used it as our base to explore Switzerland with a eurail train pass, did day trips to Zurich, Basel, Geneva, Lauterbrunnen, Thun, Interlaken and Bern. Walkable distance from the train station, also a beautiful walk in a pretty village circled by mountains. The place was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. Very friendly host, was responsive and gave clear instructions. We even had a binder explaining how to use the ameneties and with local recommandations. Would go back if I was to travel to Switzerland again !

We had a great weekend with the family, the chalet is beautiful, very comfortable and very well equipped. Fully compliant with photos and description. The views are great. Very good welcome from Frédéric and Stéphanie, thank you for the welcome gift that delighted our taste buds. The banana rhubarb jam was excellent!

Delphine is a lovely, very warm hostess. The cottage was very welcoming, nicely decorated with all the basic products available. The environment is beautiful. I really recommend it

We enjoyed the quaint, cozy chalet very much. The garden is amazing! We were allowed to help ourselves to the fresh fruit in the garden. When we needed support, Benny helped us immediately. There was only one small downside. The sofa bed was made up for us in the living room. It took a little getting used to and the sleeping comfort was not particularly good. We would prefer a real bed. All in all, however, a top place to stay.

Beautiful apartment that was larger than we expected. Terrific location, lovely host, and delicious homemade bread! Construction on the building wasn’t ideal, but we were grateful that Sophie was upfront about this before we booked, so it wasn’t a surprise at all.

Evelyne decorated the apartment with a lot of care and taste. The kitchen is very well equipped - from capsule coffee to milk to chocolate. Evelyne is thoughtful and concerned for the welfare of the guests. Merci mille fois!

Dear Nils and Micha We very much enjoyed the overnight stay in your lovingly furnished apartment with the generous offers (flexible arrival, very quick and cordial communication, great cosmetic products in the apartment, coffee capsules/basic equipment, etc.). Gestures, such as greeting notes in the key box, warm and prompt communication, etc., made us feel very welcome. The directions with photos of the parking lot were very helpful. You are great hosts and if we come back to Val de Travers, we will be happy to stay here again. Many thanks for everything!

We had a great weekend at Vincent's place! Everything was exactly as described: a cozy apartment, very clean and well-equipped, with an absolutely magnificent view of the lake and the Alps. The location is perfect, next to the bus stop (10 min. from the city centre) and very convenient small shops. The exchanges with Vincent were simple, friendly and efficient. We felt immediately comfortable and enjoyed the beach a few steps away. Again, thank you for this beautiful break, we'll be back with pleasure!

Beautiful apartment that is well located and pleasantly quiet. The decor (furniture, beds, kitchen, etc.) is perfect in my opinion. Very good place to take a break and spend quiet days. You can make various beautiful excursions and hikes very quickly by car. Thank you! We will be happy to come back :)

Everything was super clean and tidy. We felt comfortable the moment we stepped in. We got some Towels after asking for the without hesistation 😁 All in all a really nice experience!

Warm welcome and natural environment. Pleasant accommodation, as described. We enjoyed the proximity of the welcoming and well-stocked grocery store. A must-do: the 200th trail of La Chaux-du-milieu, easy, fun and bucolic! Thanks to Olivier and her family.

The apartment is exactly as described. The location is easy to find and there’s a shopping center within walking distance, which was super convenient. We felt comfortable right away and were able to fully relax. We’d be happy to come back again! 😄

Our stay at Cécile's went very well. The place was easy to get to and very clean. The terrace is a real plus. The accommodation is located in a residential area 30 minutes' walk from the city of Fribourg, with a parking space in front of the accommodation. We would recommend this listing.

We absolutely loved staying at the home of Anouk, Annekäti, and Annette! They made us feel like it was home. Even though we were in their home, it still felt private. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We had a very cozy and peaceful stay at Ursula’s farmhouse. It is located on a beautiful hillside with amazing views. The washing machine was helpful and the cat was very affectionate! Would love to come back someday.
