Independent access, with key box with code. A visitor's tax of 4.5CHF per night per adult is charged and entitles you to free public transport in the whole canton of NE. The fee is payable on site in CHF. The flat is for two people (couple or 1 parent and 1 child) only.

Beautiful 3.5 rooms with lake view

3.5 rooms with lake views and private garden. There are two bedrooms for 4 people. Parking space available. Very quiet area. Jacuzzi bathtub. Painting and windows redone in May 2016 as well as the parquet in both bedrooms. For a month, it is no longer allowed to use the barbecue that is in the garden. Use the small electric grill in the hallway cabinet. Minimum 3-day stay.

Le Coteau is a superb 94 m2 apartment with a 17 m2 winter garden and a 106 m2 terrace overlooking the lake and the Alps. The lake is a 10-minute walk for swimmers, the forest is 3 minutes for hikers, the supermarket is 1 minute, the bus stop is less than a minute, the train station is 5 minutes and the city center is 10 minutes. In short, great location.

Welcome to our large apartment right in the centre of Neuchatel (pedestrian street). There is a lot of light entering the apartment, very warm during winter and cool during summer. Walking distance from the train station (7 mins), bus stops (1 min), parking (1 min), supermarkets (1 min).
