On the 8th and top floor of a 1930s building with elevator to the 7th floor, small charming studio bathed in light with a 14 m2 terrace in full sun with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower and Observatory. Ideally located close to transport 4 min and all amenities (Bakery, butcher, pharmacy 3 min from the apartment).
