Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

This luxury 240 m2 cottage is located on the ground floor of a very large villa built in 1976, formerly owned by a wealthy industrialist of the "thirty glorious" years. Renovated while retaining the hedonistic identity of the place, the space is articulated around a 140 m2 room where you can swim, have lunch, relax or listen to music, and a large 40 m2 lounge with billiards, 2 m diagonal TV, Canal+... virtual headset, video library, library. Its atypical layout and resolutely contemporary decoration offer a charming atmosphere to this independent building on a park shared with the owners and bordered by the Illet (fishing possible). Privileged location in the countryside but 15 minutes from Rennes city center, 30 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel and 1 hour from the Corsair city.

Close to the banks of Rance, 10 km from Dinan and 20 km from St Malo. Shops nearby. A peaceful haven on two hectares and a pond. Wellness massages available.

Cancale, Saint-Malo, Golf du Morbihan, La Gacilly, Rochefort-en-Terre or Dinan and Fougères as well as the famous Brocéliande forest.
