We really enjoyed this place for its decor and location. We felt at home. Well-equipped, neat decor, the bikes are a plus. The sea and the bike path are a stone's throw away. Possibility to buy seafood on foot at the Vivier de la Corniche. For us it was a perfect weekend. We'll be back.

We had a great time with the family. Beautiful home. The house is faithful to the description and photos; well equipped. Beautiful spaces for the whole family. However, when we arrived, the house was not clean. The dishwasher with a lot of dirty dishes. We couldn't use the outdoor shower and toilet because they weren't cleaned... Given the rental price, it is necessary to take care of these details. I would recommend this rental. Karl

The car stayed in its place in the street next door, because everything is accessible on foot or by bike (shopping, city centre, pedestrian street, beach). The sea effect is ideally located in St Gilles.

Hello, my family and I had a great time at Les Sables d'Olonne. Partly also to Julien's accommodation and his responsiveness. Very pleasant, welcoming, clean, very quiet street. 20 minutes' walk. Clean and very well-equipped apartment, comfortable bedding. The terrace is extremely pleasant and the neighborhood is quiet. The photos and description match reality. We had a great stay. Hélène and Gregor are responsive and pleasant. Everything is accessible on foot; about 10 minutes to the train station and 15 to the beach and the city centre: the location allows you to radiate throughout the city. I would recommend this place and would not hesitate to come back

Very nice accommodation, well renovated and arranged. The mezzanine remains a good idea for troubleshooting, but we do not find it very suitable for young children (due to the ladder not fixed and without railings) or adults (very low ceiling). We enjoyed its decoration and the little touches in the bathroom and kitchen. Easy access to the sea, beach a little further away. Given the season, we had few neighbors, we enjoyed the calm as well as the surrounding green spaces. We are delighted with our stay.

Very nice cottage, in a quiet and cozy environment!!! Close to Puy du Fou. The return to calm after the Puy du Fou excursions did us the most good. Nice place to relax!!! My advice!!! Thank you Mathilde.

If you want a peaceful stay in Les Sables but close to everything, with a breathtaking view without the disturbances usually accompanying them (noises) in a small nest nicely decorated and incredibly relaxing nights thanks to the great comfort of the bedding, then it's "the place to be"! 10 min from all the most rated restaurants and the Grand-Plage by the "smugglers" (€1.10 per trip), 10 min walk from the supermarket or bicycle rental company, and installed on the marina, at the foot of the first restaurants , I highly recommend this rental. I'll come back as soon as I can! 5 stars, that's for sure! 🔝 Thank You 🙏🏻😊

Nice place in a beautiful place. We had a pleasant stay with a nice walk and a beautiful beach nearby.

Great little apartment, very well maintained and nicely decorated. Surroundings are very scenic, with great beach and coastal path. Location is quiet and yet very convenient, with various restaurants, shopping and tourist and sporting offers in the immediate vicinity. Especially for families, the additional offer of the holiday settlement (pool, table tennis, playground, etc) is also a plus.

The stone accommodation is very nice with a very nice view of the city close to many shops and very nicely decorated

Accommodation 5 min walk to the beach, 3/4 km from the city so quiet. Great location and ideal accommodation for 3/4 people.

Great stay!! We highly recommend the accommodation for its location, activities and 100m from the port!! Our host was great and explained the surroundings to us very well. And the most, parking! We will come back without hesitation:)

We had a great stay. We loved the location close to the beach and golf course. The apartment was as described - very functional and quiet. The interactions with David and Hélène were easy and very friendly.
