Single-family home with garden in central Ulsteinvik. I took over the home after my grandparents and love the property with rose painted birdhouses and distinctive decor. Partially refurbished inside with three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet. In the nearby area you will find the football stadium, sandy beaches, shops, cafes, library, cinema and water park. Lots of nice hiking opportunities both nearby and mountain hikes in the Sunnmøre Alps. Nice trip to Runde and puffin, or to Ålesund to enjoy city life.

Lovely farmhouse. The tuna consists of Main house, Eldhus, Stabbur and a garage converted into an apartment. All buildings are in top condition and newly renovated. The old firehouse that is rigged for late night hours with live bonfires in the fireplace is an experience in itself. There is a sauna that can be enjoyed. The place is remotely located and is close to the sea. There is a private beach that is unashamedly located. There are opportunities to meet the animals in a modern farm that is right next door.

Stor og svært flott enebolig i et barnevennlig og rolig område. Boligen ligger skjermet til i enden av gaten, med skogen som nærmeste nabo. Det er flotte turstier i umiddelbar nærhet. Huset har en romslig hage med trampoline, fire soverom og en stor kjellerstue som ved behov kan benyttes som ekstra soverom. Boligen er familiens hjem og leies kun ut i ferier.
