On the ground floor is a living room with a large lounge sofa, a modern kitchen with dining area and garden view, bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. It is located in beautiful surroundings right up to the forest and lake, and is perfect as a quiet workplace or as a quiet guest house. It's an older house that has everything you need. Nice double bed in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a nice large corner sofa and fireplace. The living room is next to an inhabited room, which is not part of the rental.

25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.
