Our house is located in the idyllic Kirke Værløse. 3 km from the S-train and 25 minutes by car to Copenhagen. Possibility for both nature and city experiences. Also ideal for road cycling and mountain biking. The house is on 2 floors and has a cozy courtyard with lounge area, hammock and trampoline. On the ground floor is a living room with a large lounge sofa, a modern kitchen with dining area and garden view, bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. On the 2nd floor, there is a beautiful view, a large bedroom and 2 rooms

Bring the whole family to this amazing home with plenty of space to relax The kitchen is fully equipped with everything your heart pleases. There is a blender, electric kettle, stirrer, microwave, oven, hot plate. In extension of the kitchen, a long dining room with associated homemade table is ready for up to 10 people. The living room is large and spacious. The home contains 4 rooms. Three of the rooms have fixed beds for six people, while the remaining four mattresses can be allocated as desired.

25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.

Det ligger i flotte omgivelser lige op til skov og sø, og er perfekt som stille arbejdsplads eller som roligt gæstehus. Det er et ældre hus, der rummer alt hvad I skal bruge. Dejlig dobbeltseng i soveværelset, fuldt udstyret køkken. I stuen er der en dejlig stor hjørnesofa og pejs. Stuen ligger op ad et beboet værelse, som ikke er en del af udlejningen.
