Newly built apartment building with the absolute best location on the longest lake bath in the Nordic countries and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

Loft Niva84 is perched on a cliff, 84 meters above Lake Vättern, just outside Jönköping. Built in 2016, the house features a modern design focused on function and selected details. Perfect for both business and leisure guests. Its strategic location between Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo makes it an ideal place to pause and recharge – both yourself and your EV (charging available). Here, you’re close to both city and nature, with excellent public transport and the lake at your feet.

Charmig stuga, Gustavsberg, Himmelsby

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. We welcome you to the farm Stockeryd which is beautifully situated surrounded by fields and eatery forest. From the house you can see the beautiful view over the lake. Unwind in the calm and quietness, enjoy starry skies and birdsong, and pet cute pigs. Den lilla vita gäststugan på vår villatomt är 25 kvm stor och innehåller de flesta bekvämligheter du behöver för några få nätter. Utanför finner du en liten ostörd uteplats med hallonlandet som granne och med utsikt över hela trädgården. Lugnt område nära till Svartån. I byn finns även Kaptensbostaden som erbjuder slagauktioner och har egen inredningsbutik med begränsade öppettider.
