Stone Cottage in Grounds of a 16th-Century Castle

The cottage sits on the grounds of a castle dating back to 1543 offering an authentic stay. The interior retains a decor that matches the historic charm of the area with modern comforts added and a shared pool in the stunning gardens outside. This is our smallest cottage and cannot take an additional bed or cot. The other cottages are all larger and can do this. All 3 cottages can be rented separately or together. They are in the grounds of a 16th century castle with beautiful gardens and large swimming pool enclosed by stone walls. The lower salon and summer kitchen in the main chateau is available to share. Access is by the side garden gate and all cottages are accessed by stone steps- sadly not suitable for wheelchairs. We will most likely be present living in the main Chateau and available to help and advise about restaurants and things to do in the area. We will share the pool and gardens. The old village is in a beautiful part of France that is has retained its iconic beauty through the centuries and still feels untouched by modern life in many places. Experience true local dining and bakeries with scenic walking trails all around. parking is in the church square below the Chateau. There is a local taxi service in the village and bus service to Avignon, Banyols sur Ceze and Uzes but car hire is recommended. We are 20 minutes from Avignon TGV rail station and about an hour from Marseille, Nimes or Montpellier airports. The cottages are completely private and tranquil.

Ideally located in Uzès, where the town blends into the provençal countryside, and set in extensive grounds of outstanding natural beauty with a vast swimming pool, "La Petite Garrigue" has recently been renovated by experienced hosts for holiday rentals. It has three double bedrooms each with shower room/WC, and air conditioning. Extensive facilities for outdoor living and dining ( shaded terrace, boulodrome, parking, and an electric vehicle charging point ) provide the perfect holiday haven.

A wealth of pursuits are accessible a short drive away, including swimming, canoeing & fishing on the Ceze river, walking, cycling, horse-riding & wine tasting. Local produce, wine & basic provisions are available in two nearby villages. Numerous markets & restaurants are within easy reach.

Mazet Magnan (Silkworm Cottage) is an old stone silk workers cottage which has been renovated to the highest standard. It offers parking, air conditioning, wifi and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideally situated in a lively town. Perfectly positioned to explore the wineries, markets, roman sites, lavender and pretty villages that Provence has to offer. You can relax in the pretty and spacious garden or use it as a base from which to pursue more active pastimes such as walking and cycling.

Attached to the back of the main Mazet, the small Mazet is an independent, bright cottage, equipped with a kitchen and designed for 2 guests. Its atypical, cozy, intimate decoration is an invitation to travel in the image of the family of traveling artists, owner of the place. Duplex bathroom, small swimming pool among the vineyards, pretty land where olive and oak trees grow. Calm, luxury and pleasure await you at the gates of the Cévennes and Anduze. Welcome!

In the heart of the forest, in a 7000 m2 fenced property, 10 minutes from the highway exits of the cities of Orange and Bollène, you will find calm and serenity. Hikers, cyclists, epicureans, nature lovers, all you have to do is go through the gate to access your favorite activities. The accommodation is fully equipped: - Towels and sheets - Nespresso Machine - Teapot - Toaster - Smart TV - Terrace barbecue The pool is accessible from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Old Farmhouse with pool & garden

This farmhouse from 1610, 1 minute away from Sommières by car. You will be in a peaceful setting with no street noise and a 9x4m pool to cool yourself on hot summer days. The garden goes down to the river where one can go fishing. From certain spots you can see the Chapelle Saint Julien from the XIth century as well as the château de Sommières. There is a brasero and a pizza oven outside to enjoy time together outside.

The Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux are part of our landscape. The Vines and Olive Trees will accompany you until your arrival at the cottage. A 50 m² cocoon awaits you in the heart of Vaucluse. You will appreciate the shaded terrace and the calm that reigns within the Gîte de l'Angèle. In season, you can also enjoy our pool that we share in mutual respect.

A ten-minute walk from the historic center of Uzès, stone mazet with a double bedroom and a mezzanine with two single beds. A third single sofa bed in the living room. Note that the only bathroom/toilet is accessed through the double bedroom. Washing machine and dishwasher, Wi-Fi and linen included. Private garden with pool.
