The house has a very well-equipped kitchen and space to have a nice vacation. There is both a garden in front of the house, where you can drink your morning coffee and behind the house, where you can eat your dinner in the sun (in summer). You can easily get to all of Copenhagen's restaurants and attractions by public transport or bicycle.
