The house is independent. It was a cottage. Clean, two floors. A living room, a hall, a bathroom, a kitchen, a small backyard, and a washing machine. The second floor has three bedrooms, the main one has a bathroom, an external bathroom, a kitchen, a room extension, and a terrace. Each floor has its own Internet. Everything was fine, but there are no air conditioners. When you sleep, you will depend on the window of your room. The air is from God and the sound is disturbing. When we return from outside, we need an air conditioner after walking. The host is very responsive and friendly. Thank you Mert

Great to have the whole house with all apartments and lots of space. Ample opportunity to play in the city where you are in the middle of the most interesting area. All recommendations should sound to the large family with adult children or other similar companies.

The villa is very comfortable, we were a group of nine and everyone was at ease, Saban is a 5 star host, always attentive to our queries and helped us a lot with the transportation to and from the airport and our tour to Ephesi. Highly recommended hosting at Villa de Saban

The room is very cozy and stylish, clean and tidy, and all facilities are well maintained.From kitchen utensils to toiletries, everything is available, and you can live as comfortably as at home. The 📍 location is also very good, with convenient transportation around, supermarkets, restaurants and attractions within walking distance, making it very convenient to get around. 🤝 The host was very warm and responsible, providing detailed check-in instructions before check-in In short, this was an above-expectation accommodation experience

Duygu was a brilliant host. She was friendly and quick to respond every time I messaged. It was very nice of her to personally welcome us when we arrived at her place and give us a tour of the house. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, crockery, cutlery and equipment. The entire piece was well furnished and the rooms were exactly as in the photos. Linen was clean. There was a nice spot in the backyard for our group to hang out as well as a living room. There was running hot water. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Galata Tower, Istiklal Street, Taksim square and Nisantasi were about a twenty minute walk. There are many restaurants and groceries are available nearby. All in all, our stay at Duygu's place exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this house to big groups.

A beautiful house suitable for relaxation and escaping the noise of the cities. It’s true that it is far from the city center, but the views from the living room and balcony are absolutely stunning, allowing you to contemplate the beauty of nature and the sea.

Istanbul is so amazing! thanks to this appartment that is located in the best place for discovering easily all the great areas near galata. the guest was very helpful , providing all needed informations for a great trip. The place is exactly as described. Very cozy atmosphere. No need to take any taxis as everything is reachable via public transport. I really recommend this one and will probably come back as it was to short!

The house was definitely very clean, we went for our friend's bachelor party, everything was clean, we had a great time, our belongings were moved to the house, we had no problems with communication, thank you very much.

I felt like I was staying at home immediately. Amazing view and location far away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. House was well stocked for everyday living, cooking utensils, dinnerware, towels etc. The host Behçet Bey is quick to respond and inform of any updates and him and his daughter are happy to help point you out to the best restaurants or grocery stores in town.

Ozlem was a great host and the property was a weekend dream to say the least. I would be happy to stay again.
