Good location, affordable price

This place is centrally located, within walking distance of all means of transportation. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants, markets, bars in the neighborhood where the place is located. Also walking distance to numerous workshops, concerts and movie theaters doing various works. The place is also convenient for long term accommodation. Events such as parties, etc., and crowded gatherings are not allowed. We kindly ask you not to make noise in the apartment. We kindly ask you not to enter the house with shoes.

While there’s no view or kitchen, but you’re welcome to enjoy the shared terrace with a beautiful Bosphorus view. It’s a peaceful choice for short stays and city getaways. One of the biggest advantages is the room’s proximity to the ferry station. From there, you can easily reach almost every part of Istanbul by ferry.
