Enjoy easy access to everywhere and peace from this place in a perfect location. I am waiting for you in my house, which is 5 minutes from shopping centers such as Emaar, Watergarden, Akasya and 16 minutes from Kadikoy bar street. My cozy apartment is about 40 minutes from Sabiha Gökçen Airport. I have a very comfortable sofa bed. I enjoy meeting new people from all over the world and I don't impose. 10 minutes walking distance from the Emaar and Watergarden See you soon.

An apartment located in the area known as Yeldegirmeni, very close to the center of Kadıköy. 10 minutes walking distance to Marmaray line Sogutlucesme or AyrilikCesmesi stops. It takes 15 minutes to cross to the European side using Marmaray. The dock and Metro station are also within a 5-minute walk. There is 1 large shopping mall (Natulius), local markets, restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Although it is centrally located, it is a quiet street. It is a safe area.
