Holiday rentals with a patio in Üsküdar

The apartment is small but nice. Unfortunately, we did not expect that there would only be one bed. The couch was not the most comfortable, otherwise everything was great

The host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. The building is easily accessible and in a very central location. The interior is as shown in the photos. Clean and tidy. Although it was a little cramped, the room cleaner had made the room spacious and it deserved its price. The only problem was that the insulation was a little bad, the sounds in the kitchen were coming to me because I was staying on the ground floor and the sounds upstairs were also heard. Other than that, everything was great, thank you for the accommodation.

I had a really pleasant stay at this apartment. It’s compact but beautifully and thoughtfully designed — everything felt very functional and comfortable, and the layout made good use of the space. The apartment is well-equipped with quality appliances like a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and vacuum cleaner, which made day-to-day living very easy. There’s also a small terrace that brings in fresh air and adds a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. The location is great — the neighborhood has a relaxed, interesting vibe, and I enjoyed spending time in the area. Mehmet was kind enough to offer me an early check-in and shared some helpful local recommendations as well. Overall, a very smooth and enjoyable stay! Thank you, Mehmet ☺️

It was one of the most beautiful vacations we had. Mrs. Ebru was very attentive and smiling. The catering was very thoughtful. Our little son had a lot of fun because of the convenient neighborhood in the garden. Everything was thought out, there was nothing missing. We were very comfortable and it is an ideal place for families coming with a caregiver. Now we always stop here, we accept it as our home. Good luck to Ms. Ebru in her work and cooperation with such people makes me very happy.

Ahmet was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout our stay, making our experience truly comfortable and enjoyable. I'd like to share a few information about the neighborhood: it's situated on a hillside, which means commuting requires a bit of extra effort, particularly when traveling to the European side of the city. In the evenings, you might notice some traffic noise, but overall, the location offers a unique perspective of the area. Despite these minor considerations, Ahmet's hospitality made our visit wonderful.

our stay was nice. The location of the house was in a very good place, we had easy access to many places. The house was clean and convenient. Mr. Baris took care of us and was very friendly. We would definitely prefer to stay here again and again if it is available without looking elsewhere on our Istanbul trips.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

Awesome location! So many food options available within a walkable distance. Close to the metro for easy access to see the attractions like spice bazaar , Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Upstairs gathering space on the roof was perfect hanging out together. Hosts are always available with a quick response to any questions. Loved it! Perfect place to stay for our family vacation!

Great place, really nice neighborhood and Moussaab is very helpful. It's a tight place for eight people but workable and great value for money.

I had a great experience staying at Çağla’s place in Istanbul. The apartment is located in the Fatih district, a charming and historic area with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and many key sights. There’s also a parking lot just 100 meters away, which was very convenient. The home was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Çağla was an amazing host — friendly, responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you, Çağla!

Dilek's place was modern and beautiful with many amenities and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we found uncomfortable was that the smaller of the two bedrooms was hot and it did not have AC. The larger bedroom and the living room did have AC. We thought to open the window but the window faced the hallway inside the building. Overall it was a great modern apartment and we were happy with our decision to stay there. Dilek was easy to reach and responsive. thank you Dilek!

We had a great time in Istanbul at this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a short walk to Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to get to the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is, without a doubt, one of the best locations to experience Istanbul. I will definitely be using them again in the future

Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

Furkan was very friendly and responsive. He helped me a lot through the whole stay. I had a nice and cozy stay, the place felt like home.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Beyoğlu than this magnificent apartment. Aaron's an attentive host & has stellar taste. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was spotless and quiet, with beautiful views from the terrace. The location is perfect for exploring Cihangir and beyond. Lisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Everything was perfect; I would gladly come back!

The place is better than the pictures! Really nice design and attention to detail. The location is perfect, you couldn’t ask for better, the Cihangir neighbourhood has some great restaurants and you’re just off Taksim square and the Main Street. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again any time!!
