There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'To the beautiful view' can be reached in two minutes (100m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

The semi-detached house offers space for two people on about 50 sqm. Through the open living concept you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere, only the toilet is separated with a door. From the living room with open kitchen and cooking island you enter the balcony. The Rursee, Hohe Venn and beautiful Monschau are just a stone's throw away.
