Family-friendly holiday rentals in Urbino

Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

Il nostro soggiorno è stato decisamente soddisfacente. La casa di Cinzia è molto grande con delle camere ampie e comode e una cucina spaziosa e ben fornita. Lo spazio esterno è davvero bello peccato non averlo potuto sfruttare al massimo vista la stagione invernale. Cinzia e suo marito sono stati gentili e disponibili. Più che raccomandato.

Claudia’s home was absolutely wonderful and so was she! We stayed for 4 days— too short a time—and ended up spending much of our time at the house. Claudia had excellent recommendations for local food and activities (including homemade pasta at the local market, which we loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen) and was always available to answer questions. The location is well situated— less than an hour from a variety of sights, from the frassasi caves to beaches and hillside towns scattered around Umbria and Marche. Wineries, olive groves, biking, hiking, etc. Plenty of activities to keep you busy, but our favorite thing was to enjoy the home, listen to the birds, and watch the sunset from the pool or hot tub. We also loved being here in early/mid May, when temps can be a bit cool but tourist crowds are still small. Highly recommend.

Our stay at this medieval castle was truly unforgettable. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to help us when our car had mechanical issues. The back terrace offered breathtaking views, and the serenity of the location made it the perfect retreat, far from any hustle and bustle. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Living in a medieval castle was an incomparable experience, and we loved the friendly visits from Pepita, the dog. The only minor inconvenience was the limited hot water supply for six people, but it didn't overshadow our wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

This was our fourth time at the Cristallo Rimini and we're already looking forward to the fifth one. Great place, convieniently located near the beach, you get the best of both worlds: the privacy and cosiness of a full 2-story appartement (with 3 balconies!) and all the services of a Luxury hotel! What can you ask for more? They have a great family owned (breakfast and dinner) and operated restaurant on premises with daily changing menus for dinner. You almost feel in the family. Thank you for everything!

Un havre de paix. Superbe maison divisée en quelques appartements sur un terrain entièrement clos. De nombreux jeux sont prévus sur place pour les enfants (fléchettes, baby-foot, table de ping-pong, multitude d'accessoires pour la piscine) sans oublier les hamacs et autres commodités extérieures. La piscine est très agréable et parée d'un jacuzzi. Le logement est très propre et très fonctionnel pour 2 à 3 personnes. La communication avec Paola est très simple. Un guide des environs et ses nombreuses recommandations facilitent les premiers pas dans la région. Une vraie et belle expérience touristique. Merci mille fois.

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt – besser hätte es nicht sein können! Wir sind rundum begeistert von dieser Unterkunft! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit so viel Herzlichkeit empfangen, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Die Unterkunft selbst war ein echter Wohlfühlort: liebevoll eingerichtet, blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Wir haben uns alle rundum wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten gar nicht mehr abgereist. Vielen, vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig – perfekt, um abzuschalten. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom riesigen, eingezäunten Garten, in dem unser Hund rumspringen konnte – ein echtes Hundeparadies! Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und hat uns sogar ein paar Kleinigkeiten in den Kühlschrank gestellt – eine schöne Geste! Die Küchenausstattung war top, es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Ein Highlight waren auch die Hühner – frische Eier zum Frühstück direkt aus dem Garten, sobald sie welche gelegt haben. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, es gibt in der Umgebung viel zu unternehmen, und gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls nicht weit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Marina e il marito sono persone squisite, in grado di farti sentire a casa dal primo minuto. Molto disponibili, offrono un alloggio molto comodo (pochi minuti a piedi da mare e centro), funzionale e perfetto anche per una famiglia come noi con bimbi piccoli.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento assolutamente di qualità in tutto, con quel qualcosa in più..... La grande cura dei particolari e le attenzioni dei proprietari hanno reso il nostro soggiorno veramente piacevole. Sarà un piacere poter tornare, grazie a Marco ed Eleonora.

De omschrijving klopt precies bij het huis. Heel veel privacy. Fantastisch uitzicht. Heel schoon en erg vriendelijke host. Bij aankomst hartelijk welkom geheten en een duidelijke uitleg. Er zijn twee echte boekjes gemaakt met tips om te doen in de omgeving. Verder is de private chef een echte aanrader. Super lekker gegeten en een hoop geleerd over de Italiaanse keuken. Geduld met koken is het toverwoord. Eenvoudig, maar o zo lekker. Luca is een heel vriendelijke chef. Het huis is heel gezellig ingericht met alle voorzieningen. We hebben (mede door het hele mooie weer) heerlijk kunnen genieten van de tuin en het zwembad. Ondanks de tijd van het jaar en watertemperatuur 18 graden, hebben we regelmatig rond het zwembad gezeten en heerlijk kunnen borrelen en zwemmen. We kunnen niet wachten om weer te gaan. We had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful property. The house was clean, well-equipped, and located in a peaceful, scenic area. Communication was smooth, and everything was as described. Would happily recommend.

Francesco war ein toller und sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat uns mit seinen Tipps das Erkunden der Gegend sehr einfach gemacht. Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder, da der Urlaub für uns eine wundervolle Auszeit bedeutete und es an nichts fehlte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Viele. Dank!

L'alloggio è molto curato e accogliente, ristrutturato con attenzione e fornito di tutti i servizi. La posizione è tranquilla e comodissima per raggiungere la stazione e il centro della città a piedi, mentre rimane un po' distante dal mare. L'host è stato molto disponibile, gentile e reattivo.

Eravamo un gruppo di 11 persone e abbiamo trovato lo spazio perfetto per il nostro soggiorno. La casa è situata in una posizione incantevole, con un panorama mozzafiato che ci ha lasciato senza parole. Ogni mattina ci siamo svegliati con una vista spettacolare, perfetta per iniziare la giornata con energia. La piscina è stata senza dubbio il punto culminante del nostro soggiorno: ben attrezzata e pulita, ci ha offerto momenti di relax e divertimento, permettendoci di rinfrescarci e godere del sole in totale tranquillità. Gli spazi interni erano accoglienti e ben organizzati, ideali per i nostri momenti di convivialità. Nonostante fossimo in un gruppo numeroso, ci siamo sentiti sempre a nostro agio. In sintesi, è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile e non vediamo l'ora di tornare in questo angolo di paradiso. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa a chiunque desideri trascorrere un weekend all'insegna del relax e del divertimento!

Notre séjour à Gino's House à Gubbio a été un véritable enchantement ! L'accueil chaleureux de Daniela et Gino nous a fait sentir comme des amis de longue date. Le logement, niché dans la verdure, était impeccablement propre, confortable, et bien équipé. La piscine, véritable havre de paix, nous a permis de nous détendre après nos journées de visites. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre historique de Gubbio tout en étant au calme. Gino et Daniela nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, enrichissant ainsi notre séjour avec de magnifiques visites. Lors de nos deux semaines, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine offert par nos hôtes, où nous avons appris à préparer des pâtes fraîches tout en partageant un moment convivial. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de cette expérience et recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les amoureux de l'Italie authentique. Si vous cherchez confort, authenticité et découverte, ne cherchez plus !

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Wij hebben absoluut genoten van ons verblijf! De weg ernaartoe is inderdaad een uitdaging, zoals correct aangegeven in de advertentie. Wij hebben geen 4x4, wel een hogere auto, en namen de langere route naar de woning. Dat kostte ons wat extra tijd bij elke verplaatsing, maar dat hadden we er voor over. De rust en het uitzicht zijn namelijk onbetaalbaar. Het huisje is voldoende goed uitgerust, wij hebben niks gemist. Ook was er geweldige service inbegrepen: middenin ons verblijf werd de woning voor ons gepoetst en kregen we verse lakens en handdoeken. Ook wordt het zwembad 2 keer per week schoongemaakt en bijgevuld. Voor elke vraag was manager Matteo vlot bereikbaar. Wat ons betreft, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

We really love this house and the master is so friendly to talk. The house has a big yard and swimming pool, the whole apartment clean as new house. We really enjoy the time here.

Filippo is very friendly person, he was still on the phone. He gives to us good tips. We were feeling on his house as in our home. Vila is cosy place, with huge garden. Everything was clean and enough towels were prepared for us. The best was view from home. Also Filippo cleans the swimming pool every evenening, therefore the pool is in great condition. Also we can reccomend a great restaurant Montecucco approx. 600metres from villa. I can very reccomend this accomodation ;-)
