Cozy one-room kitchen-bath apartment. In the bedroom - living room there is a spacious desk, a single bed, another side bed can be added for €5, - the night. A TV and armchairs are also available. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle and 2 hotplates. Cups, dishes, etc. are sufficiently available, in addition a small dining table and two chairs. In the bathroom with window is a toilet, sink and a bathtub. Free parking is available in front of the apartment. Doe key handover takes place at the apartment. WHU can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes and the city centre in five minutes. The house is located about 50 meters from the Rheinsteig and Schönstadt.

The apartment is 94 square meters and is located on the 1st floor of a 6-family house and can be used for 6 people. We rent a small apartment on the first floor, which is fully furnished. It is a 3-family house by living with our two dogs and a hangover. Our pets are friendly to all people. The location is quiet and it is about 3km to the city center. Very close (450m) is a shopping center (net, family doctor, pharmacy, post office, bakery and hairdresser ...) bus connection to the city: line 5/15.
