My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). Its close to River Cottage HQ, Lyme Regis and the Jurassic coast. We welcome dogs and are happy to have them staying with a fee of 10 pounds per dog for the entire booking. This is not billed by Airbnb and guests should leave this payment in the property when they leave.

1 bedroom large annexe for rent in Sunny Upyme, just over a mile from Lyme Regis and with the beautiful countryside on your doorstep. River cottage is 1.6 miles away. This is a bright, tastefully decorated, private annex with self catering facilities. The living area is well planned to make use of the space; there is a two ring hob and a small convection oven, a fridge freezer, breakfast bar and comfortable sofa with large TV. The bedroom has a comfy king size bed and plenty of storage with en-suite bathroom and powerful shower over the bath. Private, enclosed area catches evening sun. A lovely 10-15 minute walk into Lyme along the river.
