Quiet, cozy furnished apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

Centrally located accommodation just 5 minutes from the center. Nevertheless, the apartment is located in a quiet residential area. The studio apartment is located in the basement, but has a large light shaft. Equipped with separate bathroom with shower/toilet, small kitchen with oven, coffee maker and fridge. In addition, cozy double bed, perfect for 2 adults. The large light shaft has terrace furniture. Unfortunately no view but directly at the ski bus stop.

A neat/ clean apartment upon arrival, and a nice garden! Nice stack of towels and cleaning cloths. Arrival went smoothly and friendly and a nice covered parking space. We had a little one of 2 years with us, with some toys he had a good time! There is also plenty to do in the area by car! Had a great holiday! We'd love to come back!

We stayed with 3 friends in villa itter for a short ski. It met all expectations, the good weather was the icing on the cake! We arrived at 01:00 at night but the instructions were very clear and we did not encounter any issues. We were not short of anything. We are considering planning several more short skis here!

Family Adventure Awaits WilderKaiser Holiday

We stayed for one week in February, single mum with 3 children. Lenny could not have been more helpful. We arrived late so he advised us where we could get some supplies for the morning and even helped arrange Ski hire and Tuition which proved to be fabulous value for money. The apartment was spacious and although I'd booked a smaller apartment with a view to my children sharing a sofa bed, Lenny kindly reallocated rentals to other adult only guests so that we could have the apartment with the bunk beds. The location was also fantastic. Opposite the piste to look out at night and with the ski bus stopping right outside - as did the local bus service. After some travel disruption we discovered getting to Lenny's from Munich Airport was a doddle by train and bus. Cannot recommend this place enough will 10000% book again. Thankyou Lenny for all your help!!! Love from Team Fuller

Had a lovely stay at Carina's place. Her husband picked us up from the train station and offered to drop us back after checking out. Communication was fantastic and Carina sent recommendations of activities we could do based on the weather. Everything was clean and tidy. Only improvement I would suggest is some additional things such as tea, coffee, sugar etc. Location was great, scenery in the area was fantastic, with a lovely walk along the river into the town. I highly recommend a stay here, in summer anyway!
