Close to the mountains and lakes, within walking distance of all shopping facilities, a weekly market on Fridays with regional produce, beer gardens and restaurants nearby. It is an 80 m² attic apartment on 2 levels (1st floor: hallway, wardrobe, built-in closet, shower room/toilet, 2nd floor: loft with complete kitchen, bar, dining table, couch (or sofa bed), desk, fireplace, double bed, bathroom (toilet/bathtub/washing machine) and folding bed if necessary. Monoblock air conditioning. Neighborhood quiet residential development right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 7-minute walk or 1-minute bus. 15-minute drive to Marienplatz.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In the beautiful south of Munich, you will find this studio in the district of Deisenhofen. Surrounded by green open spaces, you are 20 minutes by car via highway to the center. Within walking distance (10 min) there is the S-Bahn & regional train and (via e.g. Hacker Bridge / Oktoberfest, Marienplatz, Central Station). The apartment has a kitchen, double box spring bed, bathroom, optional sauna (surcharge), Wi-Fi, smart TV, workstation / table.

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

The two-room apartment with shower room is located in a quiet area southeast of Munich. It is a five-minute walk from the S-Bahn station, a ten-minute drive from Ostbahnhof, and 20 minutes from Munich Central Station. With a covered south-facing balcony, the living room with open kitchen and the bedroom are flooded with light. Barrier-free and easily accessible by elevator. Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.

Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.
