The house with about 110 m² has a bedroom on the ground floor, a living-dining room, a kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bathtub/shower. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and washing facility. In the basement there is a washing machine and a dryer. The property is in a very residential area in residential areas. Shopping and the S-Bahn are easily accessible at foot.

Auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner gehören zu dem Apartment. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut. Zum Bus sind es 4 Minuten und zur S-Bahn 11 Minuten (jeweils zu Fuß). It is an 80 m2 attic apartment on 2 levels (1st floor: hall, wardrobe, built-in wardrobe, shower room/WC, 2nd floor: loft with complete kitchen, bar, dining table, couch (or sofa bed), desk, fireplace, double bed, bathroom (WC/bathtub/washing machine) and folding bed if required. Monoblock air-conditioned box. Neighbourhood quiet residential estate directly on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn 7 min walk or 1 min bus. 15 min drive to Marienplatz.

Diverse shopping opportunities within walking distance. The beautiful area can also be explored by bike. In winter, day trips to the Alps Lenggries, Brauneck, Kitzbühel, Wilder Kaiser are possible .

We are commuters and share our owner-occupied house, which is exclusively available to you for your stay. Oberhaching is a very quiet suburb of Munich, close to the Autobahnkreuz Süd, quickly connected to Munich by S-Bahn 3 and also the train to the mountains stops here. From our house you can walk to the train station and shopping street in 10 minutes, and Rewe in 6 minutes. We live on the edge of the forest in the middle of nature.

The 2 -room apartment is located in a quiet area southeast of Munich, with covered south-facing balcony. Living room with open fitted kitchen, bedroom, shower room and hallway. You can reach the train (S-Bahn) in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It lasts - 10 minutes to eastStation, 20 minutes to Munich MainStation. Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.
