Train in 25 minutes at Marienplatz, free parking. Family friendly, pets 10€ per day. Proximity to the mountains and lakes, within walking distance of all shopping facilities, Friday weekly market regional offers. Beer gardens and restaurants nearby. You will love my beautiful place the location, green surroundings, nice quiet atmosphere.

Chic studio in the center (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Das neu renovierte Apartment unter dem Dach hat 65 qm und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang in einem Einfamilienhaus. Die Treppe ist relativ steil. Es ist vollständig und neu eingerichtet. Auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner gehören zu dem Apartment. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut. Zum Bus sind es 4 Minuten und zur S-Bahn 11 Minuten (jeweils zu Fuß). Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

You are booking a 93m2 design flat close to the city center with: - Netflix - open kitchen - floor heating - parking - terrace - pull-out sleeping couch The apartment is in one of Munich's prime areas close to the very city center and equipped with a consierge service between Monday-Saturday, who can help with laundry, entertainment tickets, restaurant reservations etc. The design flat is in the basement with access to a terrace situated to the quiet inner yard.

Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

The apartment is located in the attic of our beautiful semi-detached house in a quiet and very good residential area surrounded by greenery. Free street parking is available in front of the house. I speak German, English, Italian and French. If I am not on site, I am easily reachable by cell phone! Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.
