Attractive 75 m² apartment in a two-family- house on two levels with tiles and parquet, underfloor heating, fireplace and piano. The kitchen is integrated in the large living room. In the master bedroom is equipped with a double-bed (180 x 200), closet and cabinets. A second bedroom with a double-bed (140 x 200 or 200 x 200) is in the connected attic. The bathroom includes a shower, tub and toilet. The apartment was completely renovated in 2013. Unterhaching is located at the southern border of Munich. The apartment is quiet but nevertheless very central. All shops, restaurants and the public transportation (bus and S3) are just a 3 minute walk away. With S3 or car you reach downtown Munich (17 min), the central station (21 min), the tradefair (18 min) as well as the airport (40 min). Die Autobahn is just 5 min away. The Bavarian countryside with the alps, lakes, nature and the river Isar is just minutes away. Bikeways are in great condition. Bed-linen and towels are included.

Das neu renovierte Apartment unter dem Dach hat 65 qm und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang in einem Einfamilienhaus. Die Treppe ist relativ steil. Es ist vollständig und neu eingerichtet. Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.
