The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Wir wohnen in der Nähe, deswegen ist jederzeit jemand für Sie da, wenn Sie Unterstützung brauchen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Vacation home Lechtal Alps Our vacation home with its cozy apartments is located at the entrance of the Madautal, where you can particularly experience the beauty of the mountains. Enjoy the fantastic view of the upper Lech Valley and the surrounding mountains. Start your hiking or cycling tour right at your doorstep. The cross-country ski trail in winter is only two-three turns away. Everything else can be easily reached by bus - bus stop about 200 m away.

The Berghaus PANORAMA is a former guesthouse that has been converted into two spacious holiday flats. The house is located in the heart of nature and lives up to its name: facing south, it offers a magnificent mountain panorama. Our guests especially appreciate the diversity of the natural and cultural heritage that surrounds them: a magnificent larch forest, diverse mountain meadows, ancient chalets and, of course, incredible views of the peaks.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
