A modern family villa high above the Ammersee with romantic park and many seating, private stream, vineyard, orchard and two ponds make the adults holiday for relaxation and the children holiday for adventure. On hot days, a bath in the neighbouring hot bath or in the Ammersee is recommended. City strolls and culture can be enjoyed in Munich city centre, just 25 minutes away by car. The house is of modern beauty, high quality and offers with 50 sqm terrace also in the outdoor area many amenities. 3 adults and 2 children can stay in 2 bedrooms and 2 children's bedrooms. The living room offers another guest bed. A baby bed can be provided. Through the house entrance and hallway you enter a spacious living room with fireplace, dining area. The adjoining open kitchen has an oversized ceramic hob and high-quality kitchen equipment with all the appliances. Cooking can become a shared experience… On the same floor are the parents' area with bedroom, bathroom with whirlpool tub and extra shower room as well as the guest bathroom and the youth room. All rooms have direct access to the surrounding 50 sqm terrace. In the house on the ground floor with exit to the garden there is a children's room with bunk bed, a games room and a children's bathroom with rain shower.

Beautiful room on the first floor of a house. Bathroom is on the ground floor. It is equipped very beautiful partly with ancient furniture. With two separated single beds (100x200cm and 90x200cm) and an extra fold-bed if needed. Timber floor, under-floor heating. It is a beautiful villa from the 1930's with large garden. Very calm. Laundry service after arrangement possible. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Mc Donald's is only 2 min away by walk. The landlady speaks also English, French, Spanish, Italian. To the exibition by underground in 20 minutes or a 35 minute walk, to city center by underground in round 20 minutes. Our two dogs Willy and Beppo also live in the house.
